My dear friend,

Mastering engineer Jürgen Lusky always wondered why so many studio monitors distort the sound unnaturally. After more than 20 years of professional experience and ongoing dissatisfaction with various high-end speakers, he realized that only he himself could meet his own expectations. Thus, the vision of his personal monitor was born.

It had to be a speaker that conveyed nothing less than the truth – and that’s exactly what it was meant to be called. Jürgen got to work!

With meticulous craftsmanship, enclosures were developed, drivers and crossovers were fine-tuned over months. Components from all over the world were imported, optimized, and replaced. Countless listening tests were conducted. Every time he invited people to hear the prototypes, they were convinced they had just listened to the best speaker in the world. It simply couldn’t get any better.

But Jürgen proved us wrong. The result was the Verdade – a speaker whose name means “truth.” Demand within close circles arose almost overnight, leading to a small-scale production of the VERDADE. That could have been the end of Jürgen’s story – but it wasn’t. Not when your name is Jürgen Lusky. Because within him, the desire to further refine perfection kept growing.

And let me tell you this: He truly succeeded!

The latest model, the Verdade II, went into production – a speaker that one simply must hear.

Today, I, Dennis Busch, have the honor and responsibility of leading the Sky Audio speaker manufacturing. As a studio designer and acoustician, I am proud to carry on Jürgen’s vision and passion. With Jürgen’s development of the VERDADE subwoofer and further future projects from his hand, I look forward to bringing our shared pursuit of sonic perfection to the world.
